This year I made a New years Resolution.  This isn't something I normally do.
The goal is to cook one "new" meal weekly.
Week one, I forgot.  So not off to a good start.  I was going to cook something new on Friday, then on Thursday night signed Buddy up for swimming lessons starting the next night, making Friday a rush, etc.
Week two:  Thursday night got home.  Remembered the whole "rush" thing from last Friday.  Went oh crap, what do I have the ingredients for, that I haven't cooked before.  And I actually managed something.
Week three.. hopefully I'll remember to plan ahead a little further!!
